No matter how well they napped and how many snacks I had in my bag, I've decided it is nearly impossible to get two 1-year-olds to cooperate for professional pictures.  Doug and I did our best, but we left quite tired and in need of a shower.  Despite Norah's bruise on her forehead and an unhappy little boy named Rowan,  I think they turned out okay.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

birthday party

We celebrated year one with a party on Feburary 9th.  After much debate, Doug and I decided to host it in our church fellowship hall.  We had a pizza lunch with family and close friends.  Despite the fact that I was a bit stressed out due to the fact that I had an exam the following Monday, I think it turned out well and everyone had a good time.
